To be eligible for an on-campus job, you must be you must be registered as a full-time University of Rochester student for the current term. For summer, you must be registered as a full-time University of Rochester student for the summer session or the following fall semester.
All student employees must complete an I-9 Form as required by federal law.
This form requires identification which establishes both identity and eligibility
to work in the United States. Students should also complete a W-4 form since
all earnings (including FWS) are subject to federal and state income taxes.
Students are not automatically exempt from tax withholding.

Student Employment Online Job Application
or contact the person listed on the posting directly.
You do not need to go through Student Employment. If there are any specific
application process, it will be included in the job description.
